KING, ON- The Rebellion have acquired 2007 born winger Sam Black and a PDF from the Haliburton Huskies in exchange for forwards William Stewart and Stefan Forgione.
The 6-foot 168 lb product of Fergus, Ontario has split the season between the Huskies and OHL Barrie Colts, who drafted Black in Round 4 #73 overall by the Barrie Colts in the 2023 Priority Selection. In 20 games with Haliburton, Sam accrued 12 points in 20 games, and tallied 1 assist in 6 games with the Colts.
The Rebellion would like to thank William Stewart and Stefan Forgione for their hard work with the team and wish them both the best of luck with the Huskies!
