KING, ON- The King Rebellion are extremely excited to announce that we have acquired the rights to goaltender Carter Bickle from the Pickering Panthers in exchange for a Player Development Fee.
The 20 year old netminder from Brooklin, Ontario played his U15 and U16 seasons for the AAA Oshawa Generals and then proceeded to be drafted in Round 1 #18 overall by the Oshawa Generals in the 2021 OHL U18 Priority Selection, Bickle made his OHL debut the same season posting a 3.71 GAA and .889 Save Percentage in 3 games.
He would play 25 games the following season in the Generals uniform before taking his talents to the Charlottetown Islanders of the QMJHL where he recorded a 3.53 GAA and .890 Save Percentage in 45 games.
Bickle comes to King with 3 games of OJHL experience as he suited up for the Mississauga Chargers for 3 games in 2021/22 posting an impressive .923 Save Percentage.
