Thank you for your interest in participating in the King Rebellion 2025 Prospect Camp on May 9th to 11th at the Zancor Centre. Please fill out the form below. You will have to E-Transfer $375.00 (Goalies $200) to kingrebellionojhl@gmail.com and in the transfer memo please add the players name that matches the form.

Goalies selected to continue past Friday Night will be required to send an additional $100.

We will send you a confirmation email after receiving your form submission and payment.
