You will have to E-Transfer $350.00 +HST ($395.50) (Goalies $200) to kingrebellionojhl@gmail.com and in the transfer memo please add the players name that matches the form.

Goalies selected to continue past Friday Night will be required to send an additional $100.

We will send you a confirmation email after receiving your form submission and payment.
