BRANTFORD, ON- The Brantford 99ers are back in action tonight as they host the Pickering Panthers for their 1st matchup of the season.
The 99ers look to shake off a 5-1 defeat at the hands of the Georgetown Raiders last Saturday. Kojokaro tallied another goal, increasing his point streak to 9 games and his season total to 21 points in 17 games. Brantford sits at a 7-10-0-0 record and still own the 9th seed in the West.
Pickering looks to end a 3 game losing skid this evening with their last defeat coming at the hands of the Trenton Golden Hawks on Sunday night by a score of 4-2. Nicholas Athanasakos leads the Panthers in points with 24 in 18 games played. Pickering currently has a 3-13-1-1 record and sit at 11th seed in the East.
The puck drops at 7:30pm at the Wayne Gretzky Centre.
