NIAGARA FALLS, ON- The Brantford 99ers are right back at it tonight, travelling east for a matchup against the Niagara Falls Canucks.
The 99ers are fresh off a 5-0 victory over the Mississauga Chargers last night, with Zach Burleigh recording his 1st career OJHL shutout, and Kyle Burton recording a 3-point performance. Burton and Kojokaro are now tied for the team lead in points with 8 apiece, and goaltenders Aiden Berry and Zach Burleigh are now both sporting +.920 save percentages.
The Canucks are coming off a 3-2 overtime victory on Wednesday night against the North York Rangers. Wolf Giles was the overtime hero for Niagara Falls, and Avery Alves stopped 29/31 shots to secure the victory. Alex Hebblethwaite leads his team in points with a whopping 15 in 8 games.
