BRANTFORD, ON- The Brantford 99ers are back in action this afternoon for their Brantford Minor Hockey Teddy Bear Toss Game, hosting the Caledon Admirals at the Gretzky Centre for the 2nd time this season.
The 99ers look to shake off 2 hard fought defeats to Buffalo and Collingwood on Thursday and Friday night. 99ers Evin Kojokaro sits at 20 goals on the season and 35 points with 2 games left before the Holiday break. Brantford holds a 13-20-0-1 record for 27 points and 9th in the West.
The Admirals are looking for their 1st win of December, dropping a 3-2 double overtime decision to the Niagara Falls Canucks. Deandres De Jesus leads the team in points with 8 goals and 10 assists for 18 points on the season. Caledon holds a 5-21-1-5 record for 16 points and 11th seed in the West.
This is the 3rd time these teams meet this season, with both teams winning on home ice to split the season series 1-1.
