BRANTFORD, ON- The Brantford 99ers are headed south of the border once again just 13 days after returning from the Showcase, this time for a matchup against the Buffalo Jr. Sabres.
Brantford is coming off a high week, securing 4 points in 24 hours defeating the Chargers on home ice last Thursday and then the Canucks in Niagara Falls on Friday, improving their season record to 6-4-0-0. Evin Kojokaro has reclaimed sole possession of team leader in points with 10, averaging a point per game. Recently acquired Spencer Vandenberg is set to make his 99ers debut.
The Jr. Sabres are looking to break a 2 game losing skid, dropping games to Oakville and Milton last week. Cameron Doran leads Buffalo in points with 10 in 11 games.
