KING, ON- The King Rebellion are proud to announce the signing of 2007 born centreman Mikhail Zakharov.
The 6’4″, 17-year old native of Tomsk, Russia signs with the Rebellion fresh out of the Toronto Red Wings U18 AAA program where he scored 25 points in 27 games as a 16 year old.
Prior to that, Zakharov played his minor hockey in Russia for the Dynamo St. Petersburg U16 program scoring 22 points in 37 games and winning the league championship.
Zakharov joins Rebellion forward Artem Narbekov as the only 2 Russian born players on the roster.
